He is a Mechanic Wealth Profile and brings his meticulous, creative “how to” mindset, not to mention his dry sense of humour to every coaching session, seeking constant and never ending improvement. He was a successful scientist and pioneer of the commercialisation of science for DSIR.
Dave works with small to medium enterprises to lift them to another level of success. He takes a very practical, pragmatic, down to earth approach that is very easy for business owners to follow and implement. In 2002 Fiona became the first coach in New Zealand and one of the first 8 in Australasia to attain the International Coach Federation (ICF) PCC credential. This internationally recognised credential is renewed every 3 years by ICF as long as specific requirements are met. Since 2002 Fiona has undertaken advanced professional development in coaching to increase her effectiveness as an internationally certified coach.
Fiona believes that each one of us is a star - you are already a star in your life even though you may not yet have recognized it. As a coach her role is to help you to deliberately create the life you deserve. A life where you achieve your potential and shine even more brilliantly.
In the Making Magic Happen team, Fiona's role is to work with you to identify your greatest strengths so that you know you are heading in the right direction.
Fiona has spent more than half her life in New Zealand although her Scottish accent quickly tells you where she was born. She loves to travel and in the past few months has completed training in the US, explored Guatemala and trekked in Nepal.
