Can you believe we are already almost half way through February 2008?  How are your goals going? Are you on track?

Every year I sit down and look at what I planned to achieve during the past year, what went well and what didn’t, what were the lessons, and what am I going to do, (and do differently) in the upcoming year.  You don’t have to spend long on it, 1-2 hours is usually enough. 

If you haven’t made your goals for 2008, it's not too late.  I encourage you to invest an evening this week, before another day slips by.  You see, as John L Beckley said, "Most people don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan." 

Some people find it enormously difficult to do goal setting on their own. If that sounds like you, give me a call and we can schedule a time to do it together. It's too important not to.

In this issue we'll share with you a simple story with powerful results for one woman who decided not to go it alone. Her tailormade programme included working with one of our Making Magic Happen International Network members - Jasmina, a Personal Performance Coach who gets awesome results. We'll also share with you what the Making Magic Happen International Network is all about, and the difference that Wealth Profiling can make - another key component of our tailormade programmes.

Jo Ford joined the Making Magic Happen programme as a result of the Dunedin Women’s Lifestyle Expo 2007.  Jo has been in the same job for the past 20 years, and was at a point where she was re-evaluating her career.  “When I first joined the Making Magic Happen programme I felt that I didn't have enough choices.”

“I used to have a negative commentary running in my head. Whenever Gaelene said something the sounded really good, I'd have a voice in my head saying "Yeah, right." Combining the Personal Performance Coaching where we cleared my limiting beliefs with Gaelene’s coaching has been a very powerful thing. It has allowed me to be able to accept the good stuff.  I can now ask the Universe, and it will happen without "Yeah, right" sabotaging it.”

Jo is about to head overseas on a long dreamed of trip. She knows that the world is her oyster and instead of having limited choices, she now has an abundance of career choices to explore on her return and one of the options is to continue doing what she currently does without “Yeah, right” getting in the way.
